Lungo-Koehn Administration fills multiple Senior Staff Positions, including Chief Assessor and Facilities Manager Amid State-wide Municipal Workforce Shortages

(MEDFORD)—Lisa Crowley has been appointed Human Resources Director, Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn announced. Crowley was previously HR Director for the City of Methuen and brings over two decades of municipal experience to Medford City Hall. Crowley will begin her employment with the City on May 1.

“I am thrilled to have such a proven and reliable Human Resources Director leading the departments and guiding the City’s internal and external hiring and staffing strategy,” Mayor Lungo-Koehn said. “Lisa has such an immense breadth of experience which will serve her exceedingly well as she acclimates to our City.”

Crowley is the latest of several senior staff positions joining Mayor Lungo-Koehn's administration in the past few months. Over the last several months, the City has installed:

  • Assistant Assessor, Jared Yagjian 
  • Benefits Administrator, Ginny Richard 
  • Established first ever Facilities Manager for Medford, Paul Righi
